Welcome to printhub.com.my. This Web site is provided by Sign World Trading Sdn Bhd as a service to our customers. Please review the following Terms and Conditions that govern your access and use of the printhub.com.my site.

Please note that your use of the printhub.com.my site (the “Site”) constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Sign World Trading Sdn Bhd. Under no circumstances shall Sign World Trading Sdn Bhd team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site.

Sign World Trading Sdn Bhd reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this Site.

Certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

File Submissions

• Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by you.
• Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
• Design errors or color selection errors introduced in the artwork file creation process submitted by you.
• Errors in user-selected options such product type, size, finishing options, or quantity.
• Incorrect dimensions, image orientation, or file submission in accordance with PrintHUB specifications.
• Color match guarantee without a hardcopy proof approval.
• Delivery delays due to improperly prepared files.
• Duplicate orders by the customer.
• Incorrect file layout for folding, scoring, holes drilling, die cutting or other custom services.

If we did not receive the artwork from you/ the artwork does not meet our requirement or any other problem we will have to hold your order, processing day will be pause until we receive your working artwork, processing day will only start calculating on the day we receive your artwork.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files, and you must proofread all files carefully before submitting to PrintHUB. Please use the provided file preparation guidelines and product templates to assist you in creating print-ready files.

You certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files. DO NOT send any “one-of-kind” transparencies, prints or artwork. Although we take every precaution to safeguard your materials, we are NOT responsible for loss or damage of images or artwork.

We accept PDF and TIFF files only. File send in another format will not be liaise. Please note that we accept CMYK Colour Mode only. If you insist to use other format, we are not responsible for any loss or damage of images or artwork that occurs in conversions from any other file formats to CMYK Colour Mode.  If you are to send in PDF file, kindly ensure all you FONTs are created with outlines.  We will not be responsible for the unmatched font.

All of the finished goods may not be 100% in actual size some of it will be differences in 0.5 inches – 2 inches due to the different type of finishing and size of material.

Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files consisting of the following material:

Any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable.

All prices and amounts shown on this Site are in Malaysia Ringgit (RM), unless otherwise noted. The applicable Price is the one published on our website at the time the Orders are placed by the Customers. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of Products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

Once a print job has been approved or ordered by you and “sent to press” on the Site, no changes are allowed to the artwork files and job characteristics. After a print job has been sent to PrintHUB’s prepress department, you are responsible for paying the entire amount of that print job along with applicable taxes, shipping, and processing fees, unless otherwise noted.

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed. Your order will be ready once we have received full payment within 3 – 5 working days.

Price estimates are based on the Sign World Trading Sdn Bhd current costs of production and, unless otherwise agreed, are subject to amendment on or at any time after acceptance, where such amendment is required in order to meet any rise or fall in such costs.

Prices for our Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any Order which we have confirmed with an Order Confirmation.

Printing turnaround time begins (3 – 5 working days) once your order

1. has been placed and your print-ready files have been uploaded to your account, attached to your printing job, and approved for printing.
2. Payment has been duly received

At whichever is later.

If you ordered a rush job, kindly inform us and make the necessary arrangement with our person in charge.  Additional costs will be incurred for such order.

Please note that PrintHUB offices are closed on Sundays and major holidays (Saturday, half day), which is not counted as WORKING DAY.

Printing turnaround time does not include shipping transit time, and you should allow additional business days for delivery.

We regret to inform you due to custom made products, order cannot be cancelled once placed. Kindly ensure you have checked and validated all details and information before you proceed with payment.

We strive to deliver your order within the delivery time stipulated. However, please note that in the event of stock unavailability of items ordered. We may need to source from other stock locations. We will inform you within 2 – 3 business days and we seek your kind understanding in the delay.

Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements or suggestions (collectively, “Suggestions”) provided by you to Sign World Trading Sdn Bhd with respect to the website shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Sign World Trading Sdn Bhd. Sign World Trading Sdn Bhd shall be free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the Suggestions for any purpose and in any way without any credit or any compensation to you.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site, in other words “Contents of the Site” are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Sign World Trading Sdn Bhd.

User shall agree that Sign World Trading Sdn Bhd may send newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc. through email to the user.

This Terms & Conditions applies only to the Services. The Services may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by Sign World Trading Sdn Bhd. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed in such websites, and such websites are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by us. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Services to another website, our Terms & Conditions are no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other website, including those that have a link on our platform, is subject to that website’s own rules and policies. Such third parties may use their own cookies or other methods to collect information about you.

If you are a copyright owner or such owner’s agent and believe any material on our website constitutes an infringement on your copyright, please contact us setting forth the following information:

• a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on his behalf;
• identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing;
• your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email;
• a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owners; and

You agree to indemnify and hold Sign World Trading Sdn Bhd and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors (if any) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, due to or arising out of your:

• violation of this Agreement or any law or regulation; or
• violation of any right of a third party.

Sign World Trading Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the website or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you. Updates to Our website Sign World Trading Sdn Bhd may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/ functionality of the website, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades and other modifications (“Updates”). Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the website. You agree that Sign World Trading Sdn Bhd has no obligation to

• provide any Updates, or
• continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities of the website to you.

You further agree that all Updates will be

• deemed to constitute an integral part of the website, and (ii) subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Sign World Trading Sdn Bhd. Sign World Trading may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Sign World Trading Sdn Bhd, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the website and all copies thereof from your computer.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the website and delete all copies of the website from your computer.

Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of Sign World Trading Sdn Bhd’s rights or remedies at law or in equity in case of breach by you (during the term of this Agreement) of any of your obligations under the present Agreement.
