Collection / Delivery

We are committed to deliver your orders on a timely manner, however we cannot provide guarantee (100%) on punctuality due to unforeseen circumstances.

We seek for your kind understanding.

Printing turnaround time begins (3- 5 working days) once your order

  • has been placed and your print-ready files have been uploaded to your account, attached to your printing job, and approved for printing.
  • Payment has been duly received

You may collect your order from our address No 7, Jalan Taming 1, Taman Jaya Industrial Park, 43300 Balakong, Selangor D.E. Malaysia. Please bring along your order number for collection.

We do not offer free delivery. However, you may arrange / WhatsApp us at +(60)16 – 261 7281 to arrange Grab, Lalamove or third-party to collect on behalf of you. Please provide the order number to the delivery driver for collection. Please be reminded, we are NOT responsible for any damage or goods lost in transit.

In the event, if we / third party delivery fail to deliver your goods to your delivery address provided by you and we did not receive any feedback from you, we regret to inform you that your goods will be returned to our company, and you will need to come and pick up your order. If you need us to arrange for delivery again, delivery changes will be applied.

Our delivery service may request for a signature from the intended recipient as proof of delivery. In the event we / third party delivery fail to deliver to the intended recipient, it may deliver the order to the reception of the recipient’s address and get a signature from the receptionist as proof of delivery.

No, Please double check your Artwork and Order details before placing your order. We will not entertain any cancellation, refund or exchange of products.

Notes : We aim to deliver best experience for all our customers and thus we check every single product to ensure our products are free from defect.

We are NOT responsible for any damage or goods lost in transit as we make sure the package is wrapped nicely and securely.

Artwork Requirement & Specs

PDF / TIFF file only (in actual size) for printing and CMYK Colour mode.

For Die cut sticker product, please ready your artwork in Ai format with die cut line.

Please note that we prefer PDF/ TIFF file format in CMYK colour mode, if you insist to use other file formats such as Ai, PSD, JPEG, PNG, Power Point etc., we are NOT responsible for any loss or damage of images or artwork that occurs in conversions from any other file formats to PDF / TIFF file format.

No. We cannot be held liable for any consequences in the event an artwork error goes undetected. Such as errors of missing font, missing linked file, CMYK over 250%, RGB color / Pantone color, image less than 300dpi, line less than 0.25pts, font less than 8pts, less than 10% different for toning effect as well as grammar mistakes and object missing due to overprint setting.

All the finished goods may not be 100% in actual size due to different types of finishing and size of material. The finished goods are estimated to have a range of 0.5inch – 2.5inch difference.

If you wish to get 100% in actual size, we apologize in advance for not being able to make it. Therefore, we will NOT accept rejection due to size difference for all finished goods.

Please be reminded the outcome of the printed products will always differ from the original artwork. The printed colour is estimated to have a range of 10-20% difference.

Therefore, we will NOT accept rejection in colour difference for all finished goods. We sincerely, apologies for not being able to meet your expectation.

Preferred size is in inches, however you may use the size converter provided on our website for your convenience.

No, we do not offer design service. Customer have to prepare ready to print artwork.

Nope, you are not allowed. Kindly double check your artwork / images are correct before uploading it.

Payments

No, all payment have to be cleared before we proceed with your order.

No, we will only process your order upon receiving full payment.
